SARS-CoV-2 Antibody Detection Protocol
At the push of a button 12 samples can be run on the SuperFlex™ Chemiluminescent Immunoassay system. The following sandwich immunoassay is automatically performed. A sample is added to a sample well, and then bound with the magnetic particles coated with SARS-CoV-2 antigen. Together with a biotinylated SARS-CoV-2 antigen, an immunocomplex is formed. After washing, an acridinium ester-labeled anti-biotin antibody is added to form a new immunocomplex, Microparticles- SARS-CoV-2 Antigen- Novel Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) Antibodies–biotinylated Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) Antigen–Anti- biotin Antibody–Acridinium Ester. Unbound substances are removed by washing and the luminescence value of the chemiluminescence reaction is measured under the action of pre-trigger and trigger solution. The luminous intensity is positively correlated with the concentration of the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 antibody in the sample.
