CRISPR FRAGMENT

The LabChip® GX Touch™ nucleic acid analyzer provides both visual inspection through digitally represented electropherograms and tabular quantitative data to effectively determine on-target efficiencies of genome editing events. The platform not only allows the user to distinguish between similarly sized fragments, but also allows for fragment quantitation necessary for downstream CRISPR applications.
